Machine Operator – Immediate Opportunity
Dungannon
Competitive Salary (DOE)
Full-time | Permanent | 4 Day Working Week

Gen Tech Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well-established manufacturing company to recruit a Machine Operator for their modern woodworking facility in Dungannon.

The Role

As a Machine Operator, you will be working within a busy production environment operating machinery to support the manufacture of high-quality furniture products. Full training will be provided, but previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking or CNC machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Carry out basic machine set-up and adjustments
• Work to production targets and deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all health & safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operator role (essential)
• Experience within woodworking or CNC environments (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Strong timekeeping and reliability
• Basic numeracy and good level of English (written and verbal)

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Basic IT skills
• Forklift (FLT) licence

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday
• 6:30am – 5:00pm
• 4-day working week

Additional Information

• Full-time, permanent position
• Competitive salary depending on experience
• Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Dungannon
